The ones we have been up against lately are those who ask for way more than they have paid for. A colleague had compared it to a customer walking into a restaurant, pays for a steak and demands a buffet.
I think it's more like a customer who goes into a restaurant, pays for the buffet, but wants to walk out with the chef, the table, chairs, curtains, a waiter, the wine cellar, and a bottle of vodka for the road!
What's up with this kind of people?!?!
